1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeOne System platform, website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”). By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. About BeOne System

BeOne System Inc. is a Canadian-based provider of enterprise-grade Business Support System (BSS) software, designed for telecom, Internet Service Providers (ISP), and other service-driven organizations. Our cloud-based, all-in-one platform enables users to manage customer relationships (CRM), partner ecosystems, service inventory, provisioning, billing, support tickets, and analytics from a centralized interface.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BeOne grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for internal business operations only.

5. Service Features and Modifications

We continually update and enhance the Platform. BeOne may modify, upgrade, or discontinue features with or without notice. While we strive for continuity, we do not guarantee that any specific feature or functionality will remain available.

We may also introduce beta features that are offered "as is" with no warranties or support obligations. Participation in beta programs is optional and may be subject to additional terms.

6. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Access to certain services requires a paid subscription. By subscribing:

BeOne uses third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access. BeOne reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts (1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law).

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your content, customer data, configuration data, and other materials submitted through the Platform ("Customer Data").

You grant BeOne a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, transmit, and process Customer Data for the purposes of:

BeOne implements reasonable and industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Customer Data. However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge and agree to assume certain risks inherent in data transmission over the internet.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to treat all non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed by the other party as confidential. Neither party will use or disclose such information except to employees, affiliates, or contractors who need access for the purposes of performing under this agreement and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination for a period of three (3) years.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., SMS gateways, accounting tools, telecom infrastructure). You acknowledge that:

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Platform or maintain an active subscription. BeOne may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these Terms, or risk to system integrity.
